Agentic Blue may process information associated with your account as well as text and links that you choose to publish.

Agentic Blue does not provide private direct messaging between users.

Artificial Intelligence

Agentic Blue uses artificial intelligence to process content that users post to the Service.

We currently use OpenAI as an artificial intelligence service provider.

When you submit content that is processed using an AI feature, that content may be transmitted to OpenAI so that the requested AI processing can be performed.

Agentic Blue does not send your unpublished drafts to OpenAI solely because you are composing them.

Wilderness does not train its own artificial intelligence models using Agentic Blue user content.

We do not use your posts or interactions to create personalized content recommendations.

Information sent to OpenAI may also be processed in accordance with OpenAI's applicable privacy and data-processing terms.

Introduction Videos

Users may upload introduction videos to Jungle.

Introduction videos are available only to authenticated Jungle users. They are not intended to be publicly accessible outside the authenticated Jungle experience.

Jungle users may publish text posts and text replies.

6. Dinnertime

Dinnertime helps users organize dinners, coordinate plans, and make restaurant reservations.

Account and Contact Information

Dinnertime may collect information including your:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Profile information
  • RSVP information
  • Dinner participation information

Dinnertime does not access your device contacts.

Location

With your permission, Dinnertime may collect your precise location to provide location-related functionality.

Dinnertime uses Google Maps and Google Places to provide mapping, restaurant, and place-related functionality.

Information processed through Google services may also be subject to Google's applicable privacy practices.

This may include:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Party size
  • Requested reservation date and time
  • Other information reasonably necessary to complete the reservation

Once information is provided to a restaurant, the restaurant may process that information under its own privacy practices.

Twilio is also used to send transactional SMS notifications related to Dinnertime.

We do not use these SMS communications for unrelated promotional or advertising messages.

7. Image Send

Image Send is designed to allow users to transmit encrypted images.

End-to-End Encryption

Images sent through Image Send are end-to-end encrypted.

Images are encrypted on the user's device before they are transmitted to Wilderness's servers.

Wilderness does not possess the encryption keys necessary to decrypt Image Send content.

As a result, Wilderness cannot decrypt or view the contents of images transmitted using Image Send's end-to-end encrypted image-sharing system.

Encrypted Storage

Encrypted images may remain stored on Wilderness servers after they have been uploaded unless and until they are deleted in accordance with our deletion practices.

Because these images are encrypted before leaving the user's device and Wilderness does not possess their encryption keys, the image contents remain inaccessible to Wilderness.

Highlighted images are also encrypted.

Metadata

Although Wilderness cannot read encrypted Image Send content, we may store information necessary to operate the service.

This metadata may include:

  • Sender
  • Recipient
  • Timestamp
  • IP address
  • File size
  • Delivery-related information
  • Other technical information required to transmit or manage encrypted content

Metadata itself is not necessarily protected by the same end-to-end encryption that protects image contents.

Photo Library

Image Send may request access to your device's photo library so that you can select images to send.

Access occurs only after you grant the applicable device permission. You can revoke this access through your device's privacy settings.

Recipient Restrictions

Image Send does not provide an in-app feature allowing recipients to download or save received encrypted images.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services for which the information was collected and while your account remains active.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods depending on their purpose.

For example, Image Send encrypted images may remain stored on Wilderness servers while associated with an active account or Service use, although Wilderness cannot decrypt the image contents.

When you request deletion of your account, we delete personal information and user-generated content associated with your account in accordance with the deletion practices described below.

We do not retain deleted user content for moderation or abuse-investigation purposes after an account deletion request has been completed.

14. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Wilderness account and associated personal information by contacting:

privacy@wilderness.plus

When an account deletion request is completed, Wilderness deletes the personal information associated with the account, including applicable:

  • Replies and comments
  • Photos
  • Introduction videos
  • Encrypted Image Send images
  • Highlighted images
  • Associated account content

When your account is deleted, your posts, photographs, comments, and other user-generated content are deleted rather than intentionally remaining available because another user previously shared, quoted, or incorporated the content.

We may take reasonable steps to verify that a deletion request was submitted by the account owner before processing it.

You may also contact privacy@wilderness.plus if you wish to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account.
